Angel And Demons in the garden of Evil

Oil Painting on 16x20” Stretched Canvas

An angel encounters a succubus and her infernal children in the Garden of Evil, the shadow of the Garden of Eden. The GoE is filled with grisly red and black plants, horrible fauna and rivers of noxious oil and poison. Succubus and incubus are lesser demons that seek to invoke feelings of lust in their victims and can use illusion and mind-control magic to do so. A male victim who fornicates with either an incubus or succubus can become possessed by the demon, a female can become impregnated by an incubus or possessed by a sucubus. A possessed victim forfeits their soul to the incubus or succubus, which in-turn gives the demon a source of power and servants, even after the victim's death, this allows incubus and succubus to gain extraordinary influence and power despite being lesser demons.
An incubus and succubus can reproduce with each other and with most simian humanoids, however, the offspring will always be an incubus or succubus and does not take on traits of their non incubus/succubus parent (other than sex).

The rule of Bahrumyit was one marked by total war against the other Amasonan states, most notably the Queendom of Wahrtaq, this total war campaign, however, backfired as it left the armies of Sulydia depleted of troops and the country on the verge of bankruptcy, easily taken by Asha and her followers. Bahrumyit would die in his final battle with Asha, struck down by her sword in a charge, his attendant running in fear at the last second.

4/4 in “The Heroine” series

This piece depicts Asha’s confrontation of the king of Sawyr, Gustaos Surtavand-Seetsai. Sawyr was the largest of the 4 Amasonan States and would extort it’s neighbors lest they be invaded by Sawyr’s relatively colossal military. However cruel it may seem, the extortion kept Amasona safe as it discouraged trespasses from larger threats by keeping a relative order in the archipelago. Gustaos would take the throne at the age of 17, keeping strict order over his country and keeping the affairs of Sawyr’s neighbors in check (such as crushing the Total War campaign waged by Sulydia). Gustaos’ health would begin to fail as he aged, becoming hobbled and requiring a walking stick at age 63. At age 70 he would face Asha’s army and choose to fight Asha in single combat (against Asha’s will as she thought it unfair to fight someone so handicapped). Gustaos would die by Asha’s hand thus completing her campaign of unification
